Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging. To start a return, contact Support@leathees.com with your order number.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you and issue the refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will replace it or refund you in full.

Non-returnable items

Gift cards and items marked final sale cannot be returned.
